TechSprint is a digital transformation initiative by JPTEKS, created to help SMEs and individuals embrace technology and accelerate their growth. The goal of this project was to design a professional, accessible, and intuitive website that communicates TechSprint’s mission, showcases its services, and builds trust with potential clients.
As the lead UX/UI designer, I focused on understanding the needs of small business owners and individual learners, crafting a user experience that is simple, engaging, and informative.
The project combines user research, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive UI design to create a platform that not only looks modern but also guides users seamlessly through the digital transformation journey.
During the design process, several key challenges were identified that could impact the user experience and overall effectiveness of the TechSprint website:
TechSprint provides a wide range of digital transformation solutions for SMEs and individuals. Presenting these offerings clearly without overwhelming users was a major design challenge.
As a new initiative, TechSprint needed a design that conveys professionalism, reliability, and technological expertise to encourage users to engage with the platform.
To design a website that effectively communicates TechSprint’s mission and engages diverse users, we followed a user-centered design process from start to finish.
We conducted interviews and surveys with SME owners, entrepreneurs, and individual learners to understand their goals, pain points, and expectations when exploring digital transformation solutions.

For TechSprint I chose a professional and accessible palette: deep blue for primary CTAs, muted orange for body copy, and a brighter accent to highlight calls-to-action. This helps communicate credibility while keeping the UI approachable for small business users.
Typography prioritizes readability and brand presence: a strong sans-serif for UI and headings (Inter or system sans) and a neutral body font for long-form content. Scales and weights were chosen for clear hierarchy on desktop and mobile.
To make the website intuitive and engaging, we organized content around user goals: exploring services, understanding programs, accessing resources, and contacting TechSprint easily.

Developed a cohesive visual system using soft contrasts, whitespace, and clear typography. The design communicates reliability, professionalism, and approachability, while guiding users toward key actions.
Following the launch of the new TechSprint website, the platform now offers a smoother, more engaging user experience. The design successfully aligns with the brand’s mission — making digital transformation accessible to businesses and individuals alike. The website is fully responsive, user-friendly, and hosted online for seamless access across all devices.
